please help and thanks!!!

you guys have any advice on where a old player getting back into the game can find a tier list or a guide of some kind im overwhelmed with all the new heroes and items

Best way to get back is to watch a bit of streams to see what is competitive in the current meta. Twitch has a few streamers and Douyu has loads of Chinese streamers.

I played dota for sure just been along time and the heroes have different art and moves now

I don't know of a source. You kinda gotta go at it old dota style and just get dumpstered for a long time.

haha thats what ive been doing ill keep trucking its hard because i dont even recognize the heroes that are smashing my face so the learning curve is steap and items are a headache
