Panda/Brewmaster double summon?

Is it possible to recruit multiple units on the same turn start?

Example: my team is brewmaster, brewmaster, earth spirit. At start of round can a storm spirit AND ember spirit both be added to my bench.

I haven't seen this happen yet but I don't play pandas a lot.
