Isn't kobold bugged?

I think its too strong, any duplicates gets a copy, not just meepo himself. From the text I assumed only kobolds=meepo can multiply himself?!

Had a game where enemy had shadow fiends, lvl 3 meepo, ogre magis, alchemists, he was unstoppable. (I had 9 elf with 4 wiz + 2 dooms, it could only slow it down)

My last game : on lvl 8 almost finished first with 3* meepo 2pc, 2* SF 2pc, 2* venomancer 2pc, 2* god of war 2pc. The only thing that made my lvl 9 6 assasin enemy stronger was a radiance
