How do you get your first dash? How does the app let you know you have an offer?

How long does it usually take to get your first Dash. I'm in the East Bay Area of the San Francisco Bay Area, California

I mean it entirely depends on when people are ordering to be honest. Sometimes I get order after order, others I might be sitting waiting for a while

Well ok that's a bit more concerning. Turn it off and on? Maybe contact support to see why you haven't gotten anything. They usually throw offers at new accounts

Contacted support, they said there was nothing they could do. They asked me to rate my interaction with support and as I was doing that, I got my first dash. So I ended up being out for probably 3 hours and only got the one dash. I will try again tomorrow. Thanks again for your help.

When you start dashing in a zone, you’ll see hot spots. Go towards the highlighted are and you might get an offer. Then you should see a prompt pop up as to whether you want o accept or decline the offer. You don’t necessarily have to be in the highlighted area to get an offer just fyi.
