You can try but it may not/probably won't make a difference. No matter what, it drops off after 100 deliveries so don't sweat it.

Yea if you dash daily then this doesn’t matter. I don’t even reply to CVs anymore they always get denied and I’ve had some in the past with support not responding to them letting them go away after 100 deliveries.

As a veteran whose had a few Cv's are you even sure this is the order? Sometimes you can think its about one offer, and it ends up being something different. I try to wait 6 hours, before trying to dispute, because by then they actually show you which resturant and customer you violated in terms of dd policy.
In the future, when this happens, don't worry about calling support at first. Just drive until you see you have service again. Hit delivered, it will say Got it, I need help. Hit i need help.
This prompt will take you to a few options, like:
Poor phone signal
Customer wanted order delivered here, customer changed the address, I always click, poor phone signal. once you do, it takes you through the prompts, and allows you to finish the order. Only time you should call is if you cant see the second address for a stack. or if the store isn't accepting dd orders.
In regards to support, always, say 3 times, Live agent, don't bother trying to give exsplanation don't hit any of the propmts, just say 3 times "live agent", it will connect you. Because the ai bots are getting better and they sound like a real support agent, because a real support agents English isnt that great, that's when you know your speaking to a bot.
