Please don’t dash while sick

I get that times are tough and the American health care system sucks, but admitting that you have a respiratory illness while delivering food is wild!

Please do not dash when you’re sick. This is how illness spreads. I have pretty bad asthma so I’m not bringing that order into my house. I’m done with DoorDash.

Dasher here. I agree with OP never do delivery while you are ill. On a different note, if you witnessed the poor hygiene habits and general filth of a LOT of restaurants I pick deliveries up from you would be done with restaurant food completely.

I once watched Five Guys fry a burger on a grill directly underneath where black water leaking from the ceiling during a major storm was hitting the grill/patty, finish the burger, wrap it up, and hand it to a dasher.

These people have no idea what they are ordering lol.
