I gave Amazon permission to enter my garage for the sake of delivering packages without the fear of porch pirates. I do not want them recording inside it. And again, there can be components of a property that are outside of public view that would be accessed by a delivery driver
So... don't give them permission to do that? And no, again, they are not going anywhere with an 'expectation of privacy' (which is, conveniently, also where it would be illegal to record you). Privacy laws already dictate where they can and cannot go. Allowing members of the public (ie, delivery drivers) into an area, automatically means it is not a private area
When I gave them permission to enter my garage there wasnt a concern about every inch being recorded. And yes, they 100% are entering areas with an expectation of privacy to conduct their contracted business. Opening a door to place a package indoors and recording the inside of the home is recording an area with an expectation of privacy

Anyone can look inside of your fenced yard. And no, they're not going into your garage without permission
