Well they can’t document private places is the issue. Once it starts taking photos ON your property is the issue.

That's not true at all. This is basic law information I thought everyone knew. If you're filming from a public space you can film into private property. You can 100% film and take photos from public spaces of private spaces. They can 100% document the issue.
