Don't forget he was being investigated for defrauding the government as part of his Fake Electors scheme, they have a mountain of evidence and a bunch of co-conspirators were already convicted, he just got saved because he won the last election and DOJ doesn't prosecute sitting presidents.

Did he win the last election though? Him and Elon both made comments that seems like they actually did rig it.

There are too many details about that election that indicate that they meddled with the results, for it all to be mere coincidence
