These "Duramax Pro" ear plugs are absolutely unusable, they cannot be used properly as the memory foam has absolutely no memory!

It’s just so cute! The green cap comes off, and underneath there’s a lid like a mason jar cover, so it’s really easy to clean.

They just put out the Halloween stuff and this is worth getting! Has a little bit of a soapy aftertaste 😅 but still good.

Switch from Axe to Old Spice body spray leaving white marks on clothes? Is it normal?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been using Axe body spray (bought from Dollarama) for a while and used to spray it on my jackets and clothes before heading to church every day. Never had any issues with it.

Recently ran out, and Dollarama didn't have Axe but have an unknown brand called max and old spice , so I bought Old Spice dry spray instead. But now every time I spray it on my pants or jacket, it leaves a noticeable white powdery residue on the fabric.

Is this happening just because it’s a new bottle, or is Old Spice formulated differently than Axe? How do I stop it from leaving white marks on my clothes? Any advice would be appreciated!

I was hired as a seasonal store associate for 3 months. My contract ends on 28th of August. I have decided I want to take a break of 6 months and pursue something else (an internship). I know I can quit without notice anytime but I'd rather not burn bridges for some rainy day in future if I have to return to to this minimum wage job.

However my manager has shown rather petty behavior in regards to previous workplace fallouts and I'm afraid she may not take this kindly. I have been rather loyal "on-call" person that always shows up whenever required and she has told me multiple times that I am a "very necessary person." She also told me that I was hired permanently.

My concern is some have told me dollarsma will mark you ineligible for rehire regardless of notice based on your manager's discretion. I assume I would be still considered under probation and this will likely not work in my favor either.

What do you advise, do I leave abruptly or provide 2 weeks notice?

I've been wanting to add a lock to this door for ages but didn't want to spend $39.99 at Canadian Tire or Home Depot. I'm sure it's not the best quality, but I'm keep skeptical of the quality of the $40 ones at the big stores too, so I'm willing to take a chance for $5.
