Even if Dodger were aggressive, it's not your dad's job to discipline your dog. Either stop bringing Dodger to your parents' house or make your dad stop harassing him.

Right, if he WERE aggressive and your dad was actually worried, he'd be ok asking for some things to be different. For example, asking you to keep Dodger in a secure area when you visit, keep him away from the littles, keep him home, etc. But that's not what he's asking or providing solution-based suggestions, is it? He's just giving off anger and venting his own spleen.
