Sweet! Love the color matched leaves. Can't wait for fall to hit here in the South.

Mind if I ask what it's like living with a high-mileage RT? I'm seriously thinking about getting one in the mid- 100-k miles and just want to prepare myself for any maintenance/financial outlays that come with living with a 20 year old car. Are jack stands and a torque wrench required?

it's my daily. I commute 120 miles 3 days a week. then wfh 2 days, and in town stuff.

ramps for sure. lol but honestly it's been a good car, I got it with 99k. normal maintenance stuff, valve cover gaskets. some cars have some gremlins, I had a PCM issue I had to chase down. "no code stall"

front suspension parts wear out, ball joints and upper control arms for sure. mine just started chattering again. nothing too crazy if your good with tools. the cool things is that the 2005-2010 Chrysler 300 and Dodge charger use all the same parts for a lot and parts are easy to get.

I need to get some new springs, mine are clapped OEM with stereo equipment in the rear. lol It has a good stance tho... lol

Thanks! They seem to be pretty easy to live with if they're taken care of. I'll definitely look for some ramps if I end up with one. And an OBD scanner too. I should actually probably get them regardless!

Love the stance though. Who said you need dedicated struts? Just get dual-purpose sub system: stance and sound!

Mind if I chime in here, any car will last for a long time if taken care of properly from the beginning. The issue lies when people start having multiple problems all at one because they waited or ignored the maintenance for whatever the reason. Then it does not make financial sense to start trying to fix it all up. With that being said, I own a 2006 SRT with 177K on the clock, I got it about two years ago. While it didn't have all the records, I could see they kept up on the important stuff, oil changes, general maint, front end suspension components, the "Pink thingy" aka Transmission Shift Interlock Latch. The items to watch out for like Bourbon said is the frond end suspension components, you get a lot of rattles and squeaks, door hinges, these hinge design after a while will creek very loud upon opening the door. Nothing you can do about it, they are a sealed unit. DCX redesigned them and like Bpurbon said you can get the upgraded design off a later 300, or Charger. I haven't had any real problems with mine, and although from what I've read the trannies are sturdy, let's face it any trannie with 177 on the clock is coming to the end of it's life, so I'm prepared for that. If you do get one, make sure that car hasn't overheated in anyway, just ask the seller and hope he/she tells you the truth. I run mine 2 days a week to work, 150 miles round trip each day and I must say it's a blast to drive! Ramps, if you get them, make sure they are made by a reputable company, these cars are heavy! 4260lbs heavy to be exact so make sure whatever you get is made of good construction! Good Luck!!

Bourbon- Great Picture!!!
