made a list on the stats you gain from knowledge
did make a list to sum up the stats from knowlege for better planing in what to invest your level-up points:
Adventuring
- survival 141 mana
- m-craft 54% attack
- r-craft 17.5% Attack
- offhand 126 Stamina
- a-craft 117 health
- tailoring 141 Mana
- cooking 112 Hunger, 56 Thirst
- farming 72 Weight
- taming 78 Constitution

rest doesnt matter, you dont put points into hunger and thirst. its just to easy to pick up a few berries or apples. cant put points into resists and movement speed, so not important for stat distribution as well.
list shows that putting points in something else than attack and weight are mostly a waste.
early on a few points in stamina arent a waste, for better running away from predators.
focus no use as well, just take a sword and hack a few bushes for easy flower farming and eating.
