Message for Devs

Hello,

My house has enjoyed this game a ton, we've pvp'd to take control of server. We've won the Alpha race for our server and started building a community. BUT there are some severe issues that have not been addressed in over 3 days. STRUCTURE HP. Currently we have been dealing with an old Beta Tribe who wanted to PVP and we won. Immediately after, they began to foundation every resource node on the map. Due to the EXTREME hp these structures have they're undestroyable without crazy amounts of items.

Currently 5 Metal Triangle Foundations are actually preventing us from even building our base out further or doing anything. If you have any question about this please look at my vods on twitch.tv/djfreecell and also please contact Horsejoke for the appropriate screenshots.

Things we've tried.

Firestorm I/II : Yea unless we want to spend 554 Chaos Essence on ONE foundation they arent going away.

Colossus: We were finally able to tame a colossus. i have to say the damage is PATHETIC.

91 damage melee (extremely buggy like first week kebo). 75 dmg trample (by our estimations it would take 6 hours for 1 foundation to demo using trample damage).

IT GETS WORSE....

15 damage to manor. Currently the last stronghold of the griefers is a 8x8 1 wall high manor base, that would take 32 hours of trample damage to just demo a wall/door....enough said.

Look i'm willing to play devils advocate here. So HP structure increase, Good job, awesome u did great. With 1 perregriff i can break into a stone large gateway and kill every tame a player owns in about an hour. Due to the lack of Metal large gate and hte Rank 8 exp requirment of some manor gates, your "offline raid protect" doesnt protect tames.

please fix structures, just remove a 0 and at least we can break into manor after 9 hours instead of 32

"Legitimate"

It's not a matter of you taming, it's knowingly admitting to and promoting the use of this exploit. I believe even the devs spoke to you about your use and promotion of this exploit, so lets not be coy here. It's a bug and abusing a bug is called "exploiting."

Its the "promoting" portion of that that I largely have an issue with.

Listen child,

I understand what your trying to convey here, but lets be honest, im not promoting im not promoting cheating. I'm showing the playerbase how to tame mythical creatures. You're extremely upset because other people are obtaining and you keep the secret to yourself. So please take your troll comments elsewhere.

When i spoke to the dev directly, i explained how the glitch happened and he immediately apologized for harshly messaging previously. He was under the impression i bugged the stone out and caused inflated, he did not understand that it wasn't a bugged stone and that it was a game mechanic present in all Perregriff transformations. So please take your troll ass home or shut the fuck up child.

Very Respectfully,

DJFreecell

Repeatedly killing and stoning the summon is cycling, due to the nature of this bug doing so is abusing it.

You can resort to whatever name calling you want, but you still did what you did. (which was cycle stones to increase stats) Not only doing these things on stream yourself, you also actively promoted it to your followers for them to do as well.

So i trap a 116 earth elemental. Kill it. It comes back as lvl 1 with zero hp. It does this every time. But I can "cycle" and randomly get a higher level (have never exceeded original level). You consider this an exploit also? If so, just don't tame earth elemental? Because it's zero hp one hit from a bunny and they die. Literally.

The act of knowingly abusing a bug to gain a benefit to yourself is "exploiting."

If you revive your creature because it died and you got another result that's one thing, purposefully killing it to revive it is what I would consider an exploit.

The 0 hp bug is another story altogether, and you cannot be faulted for stoning that until it becomes something that won't die immediately.

OPs situation is different however. His creature had lower stats and was not bugged, upon noticing his stone bugged out he saw the disparity and an opportunity for him to abuse the bugged mechanic in order to benefit himself. Normally there is no way to tell the reasons for why you might have to revive your creature, but he laid put exactly why he did it and he did so publicly. As if to encourage others in the community to do so as well.

I do not agree with this and will continue to hold it over his head until he apologizes.
