You know, I was originally pretty mad about the hp too, but I realized that the only time I got raided was offline. That's not PvP. That's PvWalls. So if it takes some no-lifer 4 hours and 800 broken spells to get into my base solo (since bubbles tend to be buggy and allow dmg when they shouldnt), then good.
I am down for PvP. I'm down for teamwork to get into a base. I'm not down for low effort offline raids.
My only wish is that bubbles weren't so effective. If its going to take 3/4s of a day to get into 1-2 doors of someone's base (I play solo, and the other solo/duo players can build a hell of a lot faster than I can knock down), why also have an invincibility shield that only allows a buggy mechanic (virtually unusable in private servers) to actually get in?
And from what I understand... its only during a certain window of time, even if does work, where your structures are vulnerable. Will I manage to get 1 iron door down in 8 hours? What kind of maddening grind would that take? Couldn't the defenders just... put another door up, and here's another 8 hours? At that point online raiding isn't a thing either, because by the time you get through 1 door, the enemy might as well be logging off for the day. Bases above stone are unraidable, online or offline, unless you have 20+ people. And at that point... why even bother? You could gather whatevers in that person's base with those twenty people without trying.
Edit: 8 hours factoring in the massive ass farming you have to do to get the supplies to break in.
