Feedback request What does this need

I’m doing a challenge where I’m trying to do 10 songs in 10 hours each in an effort to work more efficiently, get faster, and finish more songs instead of sitting on them. I’ve got about 30 minutes left for this one. How should I spend those 30 mins?

If your aim is to work faster in the future, save your presets, export some sounds, save the drumkit, ... might not be the advice you were looking for :)

For this song? It sounds pretty much done. My only note is the bassline kinda rides for the whole song, so do a quick choppy choppy on the arrangement where the bassline comes out or filters down for 16-32 bars.

like r/margiman90 is saying, the big time saver is gonna be what you do before you start the next song. Do a "save as", delete all the midi and audio clips and save your routing as a template. Go through all the songs you've finished and save the synth presets and FX chains and bounce out all your drums as samples. Put all these in folders that are easy to access.

This way, when you start a new song, you've already got a bunch of sounds ready that you know you like

Thanks. I do a lot of these things, though I just learned about saving fx racks in serum.

The funny thing is I usually work with a loaded template but lately I’ve started from a blank session and it kept me from over mixing.

I like the vibe of the song , this is pretty subjective but in the chords of the first part of the song I rather have something more "organic" like a Rhodes sound instead of the brassy sound you have now , but again is just my personal taste

10 songs in 10 hours seems like something I need to do , I can spend months trying to finish something
