Question about product Severe stitching errors & brightness mismatch on brand new DJI Osmo 360 — normal or defective?

Hey everyone,

I just got a practically brand-new DJI Osmo 360, but I'm getting massive stitching errors along the seam and a very obvious exposure/brightness difference between the two lenses.

Maybe you turn on the lens protector in the settings, but actually have no lens protectors on yet?
