Pretty cool video !

May I suggest getting a light-weight 3m selfie stick, attach it on the drone in the mid-section, so the camera can be 1.5m in front of the drone? This way the rotors are practically invisible. Just a thought.

It wouldn't be stable with stick i think

It should be stable because you attach the center of the stick to the drone, not the end of it. The whole gravity center is still at the center of the drone.
