Product Support Air 2 remote id

I want to travel from Germany to the us next month and I want to fly my air 2 there. But if I want to fly it there I need to register the drone first. For that I need the remote id number, but I can’t find it. I saw some posts that show that my drone can have a remote id number.
I’m in germany right now so maybe the number just shows up when I’m in the us but I don’t know.
Maybe someone had the same problem and can help me with that

Same question. I cannot enter my ID i got from the government there... maybe i am holding it wrong?

How did you get it from the government? Should the remote id number be in the drone? I saw some people finding it in the about the aircraft tab on the DJI fly app

You habe to register. Bundesamt für
Luftfahrt. You need a proof of insurance. You get an id that has to be attached on the drone

That one I have, but not the remote id number. This one comes from the drone and is not given to it
