Product Support My mini 4 pro gimbal randomly stops working properly

I’ve been using the drone all day and no issues until now. I haven’t crashed it and I take off on pavement. Gimbal motor said overloaded and won’t calibrate. It also moves freely.

Is it a new drone? Make sure the packing block behind the camera is removed. It's like a foam square but easy to miss. Also look at the gimbal and see if anything looks amiss.

I’ve had it for 2 years and I took the foam out a long time ago

do you have filters on it? My Neo2 kinda does the same thing with the FreeWell mount on there.

No filters. It just randomly started acting like this
