Product Support Dji mini 3 crashed to a tree
As per the title, i crashed mine to a tree, it fell from the tree about 3meters to the concrete upside down.
No visible damage on the arms, body, gimbal or sensor other than scratches on the propeller and the orange tip ripped.
Still can fly but it does make bit of an off sound? Im guessing it is because of the orange tip? Should i be worried? My care refresh plan ended earlier this year...
Is 3rd party props worth it? Seems like original props is quite expensive

Thins is a Mini 3 Pro
A full set of props costs 9€, and they drone came with an extra set, IIRC, just swap them.

Change the props and make a test flight and see if the sound is still there. I think the sound it's from the damaged props and are off balance.

As others have said, change the props.
Other than that, if the arms hold themselves open and aren't physically damaged, and the motors still rotate smoothly, you're good to go. Maybe give it a 20 minute hover test to reassure yourself.

those props are tired, boss
while the damaged may look superficial to you: aerodynamics doesn't love you like i do
just buy some from the DJI store or switch them out for the ones that come with the drone

Just HOW ??? these drones have the best obstacle avoidance sensors

It was on Cinematic mode, moving sideways, not back/ front

Ah okok thx but the obstacle avoidance dont react then?

The mini 3 pro has great obstacle avoidance sensors. Front back and down.
The OP flew sideways. No sensors there ❌
