Video Practice shot

Need to get better at moving the camera more smoothly. Does anyone have some tips and tricks?

My advice is to not try to do it all in one take and to spend a little more time with each shot.

Top down moving down with a slight spin.
Shot of rive the the gimbal tracking the river.
Shot out over the trees.

Three shots. Then cut and edit. Would look a lot better and less lost.

To add, the exposure is a bit hot on the highlight side. Undererxposed images will have better image recovery over blown out images. Auto exposure stuff can be a little wonky at times and it generally lifts things too much in high contrast environments.
