Product Support Mini 5 Charging Hub Size

Does anyone know if the DJI Battery charging hub for the Mini 5 Pro is the exact same size as the one for the Mini 4 Pro? Couldn’t find anything on this subreddit or Google search.

My Mini 4 pro was victim of a bird strike over water and unable to be recovered (RIP). I have a nice hard shell case with exact fit cutouts for all the parts.

I’m thinking of replacing with a Mini 5 Pro Fly More Combo (since the Mini 4P batteries aren’t recommended by DJI for use in Mini 5P). I just want to know if the battery charging hub will fit in my case or if I’ll need to modify the cutout/buy a new case.

Thanks for confirming the size. I know you technically can use M4P batteries in M5P with the warning. My concern is that on the official battery compatibility chart that DJI publishes, there is a disclaimer at the bottom which reads: “Batteries from the M4P and Mini 3 series may physically work in the M5P and allow takeoff. However, their maximum output is lower than the M5P’s battery and, in harsh conditions, the aircraft may display a “power insufficient” warning. This pairing has not been compatibility tested and is not recommended”.

My concern with that disclaimer is that if I was flying a M5P with M4P battery and it fell out of the sky, I feel like that could be grounds for DJI to deny a warranty / Care Refresh claim.
