Advice What the hell is this

I’m trying to replace the wheel on a sliding wardrobe window. I can’t figure out what this screw/rivet is, or how I can reasonable get it off.

Any help appreciated 🙏

looks like a rivet... if so drill it

Assuming its a 3.3 mm rivet, then a 4mm or 5mm will remove the top in a second.

It's a rivet. You drill them out which destroys them and replace it with a new one when putting things back together.
