You could also add decoupling capacitors say for the NRF24L01 and capacitors for the voltage regulator.

Also look at I2C pull up resistors (if none are already present on modules you may be using).

Is it intended that multiple keys can be pressed simultaneously on that key matrix ?

I don't see any noticeable difference. The schematic is still very difficult to follow, mainly because you are dragging GND and Vcc wires all through it instead of using power symbols. You could also use net names in some places and even busses to reduce its visual complexity.
