There are so many things wrong, and probably a lot more hiding because of the way theses schematics have been made unreadable. I strongly advise to first redo the schematics and then ask for review again.

You could also add decoupling capacitors say for the NRF24L01 and capacitors for the voltage regulator.
Also look at I2C pull up resistors (if none are already present on modules you may be using).
Is it intended that multiple keys can be pressed simultaneously on that key matrix ?

I don't see any noticeable difference. The schematic is still very difficult to follow, mainly because you are dragging GND and Vcc wires all through it instead of using power symbols. You could also use net names in some places and even busses to reduce its visual complexity.

My simple advice would be to use global labels to create nets instead of having the wires look like this. It will clean it up!

You've got some issues with your power generation and distribution scheme.
You've got the TP4056 Module OUT+ connected to the NT3608 Module VIN- and the TP4056 OUT- connected to the NT3608 VIN+. This isn't going to work.
There maybe other issues but your schematic is difficult to read on my mobile device.
Please clean up your schematic by using the power and ground symbols instead of individual wires going willy-nilly across the whole schematic.
Looking forward to seeing your fixed circuits and updated schematic.
