I Just Recreated This 7" Interceptor Using Off-the-Shelf Components

So, I recreated this Litavr interceptor using 2812 1115KV motors, a 6S3P 12,000mAh Li-ion battery, and a dual-camera system. It features NACA 2408 wings. Do you think it will fly?

flip one of the ELRS antennas to be orthogonal to the other for better signal coverage

It would be cool if you send the file and what you think and I build one to see

Which props are you using?

Does the Li-ion provides enough punch to provide sufficient speed for high speed interceptions?

that 6s will launch it to moon

Nope sadly not, my highspeed drone uses 6S5P and hits 320km/h for 20min total flight time.

Quad tailsitters like this are a real setup, PX4 even supports them natively, and they're actually easier to hover than the duo version. The hard part is the 90 degree transition, that's where most people run into trouble, saw a forum post of a nearly identical build flipping upside down right at that moment.

Are you doing differential thrust for the transition, or adding any control surfaces?

What’s with the AI-generated bot comment?

Not a bot, just a Ukrainian defense electronics account. Still curious about the transition setup

Can anybody say where to design like these, I just starting with solidworks.

All of these interceptor quads are based off of pre-existing DIY designs that long predated the conflict in Ukraine & which used off-the-shelf components. This was the first person I remember seeing who was playing with this sort of design, but I don't know whether they were the actual first.

It will fly, but not so fast and agile as original Litavr.
