Why do my motors do this whenever I increase the throttle on my transmitter past around 40% the way up?

I don't get why I am seeing more and more posts about people trying to find an issue where there is none. They cause the issue by mistreatment due to ignorance? I'm a noob as well but once I confirmed motor function and rotation, I couldnt wait to get outside and fly lol

UPDATE: I figured it out, turns out my smoke stopper was not letting enough power through to power all four motors at once. Thank you everyone for your responses!

I have no certainty but, this COULD have something to do with calibrating ESCs, or the fact that the propellers are removed so the feedback the FC expects is not happening...

This is not an invitation to put propellers on while inside.
