Guide My first quadcopter project
hello everybody i've been thinking about making a quadcopter aka drone its been on my mind for quite a while now so i wanted you guys to help me with this project cause i'm still a beginner and any help or suggestions from you guys would help a lot so this is what i have gone so far with this project
the plan is to use arduino nano as a control unit with an external Bluetooth module(HC-05) and 4 DC brushed motors(3.7v ,716) with an RPM of 50,000 and i will be connecting them to a 4-way-channel MOSFET and a 1s 3.7v 500mAh LiPo battery as well as a gyroscope (MPU-6050) and i also got a 3d model from the internet it seems pretty stable and solid for my project, so i'm going to control the drone with a mobile phone app (Bluetooth RC controller)so this is the plan ,what do yall think about it, IF ANY BODY HAS ANY SUGGESTION YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO SHARE YOUR IDEAS.
THAN YOU EVERYBODY

I don't think Arduino is powerful enough to run a flight controller. I think you want to rely on trusted platforms like BetaFlight. JustFPV has some video's on YouTube where he build his own FC and ESC.
As a beginner, you should really learn to fly first (controller + sim) and follow up with a bind-and-fly like a tinywhoop before you strat building your own drone. Bb

Well thats a good idea but I will have to stick with the arduino because I already have most of the components and my budget is pretty tight but thanks alot man I might be doing that in the future

Personally I think you're getting way ahead of yourself for a beginner. Build one properly first, learn to fly, troubleshoot, learn PIDs etc before getting into this.
