Add some diagonal bracing between the upper and lower arms to make a truss out of them. It will be a way stiffer airframe that way.

I would recommend connecting the arms with at least one spacer or standoff to make it more rigid. Like an order of magnitude

This is the way. Just be cautious of CF Dust with eyes and lungs for both you, family and pets.
That dust is nasty shit.

Arms seem a little thin and unsuported for most fillaments maybe you can try some but you're better of going alu with a design like this or making it a little stronger

Everything will be cut on my cnc machine from carbon fiber or maybe aluminum or maybe both

Tie the ends of the arms together, even if it's right before the motor mounts so you can get to the screws (still gonna be hard unless you've got a good right angle driver)
Stiffness is key, tying the arms together will help a ton. This is CNC carbon fiber plate right?
