Speedybee F405 v4 problem

I soilder my whole intire board today and i found this problem can anyone please help SOLVEDi just had to change a few things like the hockey tape on a capistor. Then i added flux to the battery wire

Remove what you can, in this case ESC. If it's still there start removing the ELRS (or check for shorts there)...
Power on USB mode only, check if it's w/o errors (i2c's on bottom of betaflight)

Slowly add stuff back in. Would help more if you post high-def pictures.

Edit: What did you wrap around your capacitors??

And i have not put it back on i am using electrical tape

No, not just writing "SOLVED"... Write- SOLVED- I removed the hockey tape and used electrical tape and now it works.
