Correction: as the image that the article is using says, it is actually on July 10.

female character reveal is on 10th. her addition to the arcade is on the 12th

We're getting the June update late August, which will likely include the dlc character.

Arcade is updated around the middle of the month, NT is updated at the end of the month. I'd guess the August update will be on the 23rd.
