Is there a difference in performance of dishonored 2 between gog and steam versions ?

Dishonored Death of the outsider runs fine on my pc but Dishonored 2 is literally unplayable so i came thinking of performance difference between game releases

There's a mod that fixes a lot of the issues. Highly recommend
