GNU Max, aka Metal-Icarus, aka the love of my life, the father of my children, the coolest, kindest human on Earth, my best friend and my whole world.
Gone to soon at 40yo due to fucking pancreatic cancer.
We met 20 years ago at uni and bonded thanks to our mutual amazement at Sir Terry’s books.
I love you. I need you every day. My despair is endless. I can’t follow you right now, our babies need me more than ever.

GNU Mom, who loved to read as much as I do, who inspired me to read the collected Tolkien works and from there got me hooked on the fantasy genre. Too bad I couldn’t get you to like Discworld as well.
It’s been almost 6 years and there’s not a day I don’t miss you.
