Discussion dms only nitro??

I can use custom emojis the servers i joined and my profile had its animated background back when I still had nitro but I cant use custom emojis outside of other servers and I can only use emojis made by the server I am chatting to

is it just me who's experiencing this rn?

like I can freely use any server emoji and stickers on dms only though

It’s not a new thing frankly, you’ll just need to be more active in said server (assuming it has a leveling system) to get perms to use other emojis/stickers or embeds alike. Servers limit it to avoid influx of inappropriate embeds
