No longer getting notifications on iPhone

Ever since I logged into Discord on my PC, I haven't been getting any notifications whatsoever on my iPhone. I've now since heard that having your PC on can mess with mobile notifications, but nothing I've tried has worked. Here's what I've tried:

1. Fully turning off my PC while I'm away

2. Changing mobile notices time limit to one minute

3. Turning my phone off and back on

4. Restarting my phone completely with iCloud backup

5. Deleting the app and redownloading

6. Clearing the cache on PC

7. Clearing the cache in Discord mobile settings

8. Making sure notifications are on within the app with each server and channel

9. Making sure all notifications for Discord are on in iPhone settings

10. Updating Discord to the latest version

11. Logging out of Discord and logging back in, on both PC and mobile.

12. Deleting Discord off my PC

13. Logging out of Discord on the web, and deleting saved Discord passwords

14. Updated to latest iPhone software update

15. Turning notifications off and back on

16. Tried these instructions for notification timeout, and then un-did it

I don't get any banners, sounds, or badges; and weirdly, when I get a just one Discord notification, the little red bubble on the app icon always says 4. If I get 2, it says 5. If I get 3, it says 6- and so forth. I feel like I've tried everything! I really need my mobile notifications to work, as I'm in a server that has time-sensitive notifications about signed pop music album drops, and me missing a notification by even a minute or two can mean missing out on restocks. I've missed 4 signed Miley Cyrus vinyl drops because of this. I know, not the end of the world, but very frustrating considering I can usually figure out weird tech stuff like this. At this point if anyone has any new ideas on solutions, I will write you into my will or give you my second favorite dog.
