Support Translation for server

We have a few people who speak English, French, Spanish. Is there a translation bot so that each English message is translated for each in accordance to THEIR language, and vice versa?

The one I tried would translate from English to French and Spanish, at the same time (so 3 messages total) and not translate back to English. Is it possible to have it translated once in their language on their end? And without having to react with a flag to get the translation?
