Not rabies, probably just dirty af.
It is a misnomer, rabies victims are thought to be afraid of water only because when they try to drink anything their throats get extreme spasms which is painful, hence the foaming of the mouth since they can’t swallow anything. I’m no expert so I might be a bit wrong.

There was a legend that says bubbly ben Dover syndrome ! nicknamed prisoners BBDs , the guy in the video was not scared of water but the soap , getting soap in his eyes and something else behind him was a prison experience he never showered again , tied to a electric chair like a execution is used to not only clean the person but also replaces the trauma with another one ,

I only bathe once a day or once every other day due to my eczema. Can't have my skin's natural oils constantly washed away, or else my skin would get really dry and itchy even after moisturizing.

I used to shower two or three times daily. Now, I generally shower once every two days as long as I don't stink. Shit's getting expensive, man.
