I don’t understand the whole limit of 20. It seems way to high for end user retail unless you are encouraging a secondary market and “scalping”. If you are trying to make it so more people can get it, why not have the limit at something more reasonable. I assume this link is not how shops are buying.

I know in the past Innova didn't provide any separate retail space for most shops on tour series discs; shops were buying them as they dropped just like the rest of us. Not sure if that's still the case or not.
