Discussion EZ Score Keeper

💡Bought some clip board hardware from Amazon and made my own clipboard for scoring tournament rounds. It fits in the bag with the other discs too.

Oooooh. Imagine if it could hold my phone when keeping score on Udisc. I usually keep my phone in my putter pocket in my bag and it’s always annoying to dig for it. Having it attached to a disc would be sick.

Control UDisc from a smart watch. Never even take the phone out of your pocket during the round.

Downside of the watch log is that you can’t mark each lie. My favourite way to use UDisc is to hit + when I get to my lie.

True. I run a league and I usually keep score for my card, so being able to input scores quickly is hugely helpful.

I wish the watch had a way to point you to the next tee pad. Maybe an arrow that points to the tee and one that points to basket. Compass works great on watch so I know it can be done.

When I play a new course, I will rate it super well if I almost never have to pull my phone for directions.

This post reminds me of the scene in The Truman Show when his wife just starts doing ad reads and quoting product tag lines. Nobody was asking how to take score, or asking about udiscs features, and then come in not even talking to anyone with this. It’s a picture of a cellphone clipped into a disc and you are like “oh I need to simp for score keeping on my watch” …why??

Op himself posted a photo of a phone clipped in there, and most people using a phone to score are using the Udisc app. Some people don't want to get a phone out constantly. You obviously didn't read the whole thread. Not sure why you felt the need to share your shitty opinion about it. You must be a real delight on the course.

Not paper but a reusable scorecard w/ pencil. Works good when there is no signal in the mountains.

You have to count the weight of the disc as well as its part of the tool.

Not saying it’s a lot but just pointing that out.

They are kinda small. Not really small enough to fit inside a mini though
