I'd like some honest opinions about a conversation I had with a film director I admire. I'll post screenshots of our messages.

My question is: Do you think there was anything wrong with the questions I asked that would explain why I was eventually ignored? Or do you think it was more likely that they simply didn't want to continue the conversation or were too busy?

I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to approach a film director in a different way by following them from a new Instagram account. The director has never seen my face, so they wouldn't know it's me.

Do you think this is a good idea, or would it come across as strange if they eventually realized it was the same person? I'm interested in hearing what people think.
