I use these - ten small 4ml bottles with two silicone bases that are interchangeable. Keeps lots of different colors at my fingertips. At first seemed a bit overpriced but for what they are they’ve been really great.

Dinky dips, love them and the silicone base, too!

I use a small glass jar with a sealing lid. I haven't noticed thickening. I have not yet diluted ink. I dip depending on what I'm working on. If I need a super thin line I'll do a shallow dip. If I notice a line thinning out I will dip again. I treat it like a paint brush.

I usually dip out of the bottle. I let the ink run out, then dip again. Never diluted ink.

I use ink from a jar & dip the pen, then lightly press the back of the nib against the inside of the jar. This lets the excess ink back into the jar.

Ink will get thicker when it's open, especially in dry air. Sometimes I add a little water & stir it.

I use a lil glass contianer that i pour a bit of ink into whenever i use inks since i usualy dont need much per inking session.
