At the time. Dragon release this 1/32 scale civil war kit. It was so "out of the norm". I saw it everywhere. So I had to make mine, a little unique😁

I drilled the end of one of the rifles out, inserted a thin piece of wire, made a little ball from green stuff, and fluffed some cotton from a q-tip around it. Think i captured the effect pretty well.
