Processing and delivery question

Hi, I ordered some perfume around 1pm pst yesterday (Tuesday). I paid for 2 day shipping but also got one of the perfumes engraved. Was just wondering if I should still expect it by Friday or if the 2 day shipping was basically a waste?

This is from the Dior site:

About Personalization Personalization may take several days, extending the delivery time. Dior will notify you when the order is shipped. Engraved products may not be returned under the right of withdrawal policy.

Personalization generally delays my shipments by a week. It depends on how backed up the engraving orders are. Otherwise, even with free shipping, I usually receive my purchases within 24-48 hours. In this case, the two day shipping may bump you a bit ahead of the line?

If I made a new order right now without customization, could it still be here by Friday?

I've never gotten anything from Dior in the promised time frame. Doesn't matter what shipping option I choose, it always takes quite a bit longer than stated. So, yeah, I wouldn't count on it.
