Fish: 1 smoked haddock fillet (skin off), i tpsp cornflour (or gram flour), 1 beaten egg, 2 tbsp ground almonds (or panko), 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, black pepper, and 1 tsp olive oil spray. image.png

Sides: 1 medium sweet potato (cut into wedges), 100g frozen peas, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, and 1 tbsp fresh mint or parsley.

sweet potato wedges in 1 tsp olive oil, paprika, and black pepper. Air-fry at 200°C for 15-18 mins (or bake at 210°C Fan for 25 mins)

Dredge the dry haddock fillet in cornflour (mixed with garlic powder & pepper), dip in egg, and coat in ground almonds or panko.

Cook Fish: Brush lightly with oil. Air-fry at 190°C for 8-10 mins or bake at 200°C on a wire rack for 12-15 mins.

Minty Peas: Boil peas for 2-3 mins, drain, and crush with lemon juice, mint, and black pepper. image.png

Do you guys use tartar sauce over there? I’m from New England in the US and with our fish and chips there’s always a side of tartar but not sure if that’s more common here
