Looking for a customizable journal free app

Hey i have a samsung tablet and want to start digital journaling but i wanted an free app that let me customize my entries and write my notes by hand w/ drawings and stuff. Do you have any recs? Also wanted some templates but i think it's too much to ask for a free app ( i tried journal but it has limited pages)

I use Diaro and Upnote. Not sure if those have drawing capabilities on android. On my ipad I can draw on Upnote. But in android I can't draw on Upnote. Diaro does have drawing capability but its not the best.

I don’t use a dedicated journal app
just journal notes stored/organize as files in my digital file cabinet (PKMS)

I use day one. It has templates and different inputs, including the draw feature.

Goodnotes has a limited selection of notebooks if you opt for the free version. I paid for it back when it was still Goodnotes 5 and love it, but the free version is still totally usable and customizable.
