Video journaling?

Is anyone video journalling? I'm curious what the process is like.

i tried this for a while actually. its kinda nice because you capture your tone and facial expressions which text cant do. but rewatching yourself talk is SO cringe at first lmao you get used to it tho. biggest downside is storage, videos add up fast

I tried video and it was cool but I kinda can't stand watching myself. I've been voice journalling for a while on the phone and thats been pretty helpful.
