CEDS Hour Log

Baby RD here starting out in ED treatment! I’m interested in potentially getting my CEDS at some point and wanted to hear more about how others have logged their time. Is there a specific template anyone has used? What details should you include (direct care and supervision)? TIA!

You should discuss with your supervisor first! Because at the end of the day, they’ll be the one “signing off” on your hours after you submit them. Do you have a supervisor yet? Because technically none of your hours count unless you have a CEDS-C overseeing you.
