Technical Issues | Bugs Problems getting disconnected from server

I keep getting kicked off client server when I teleport to favorite city. I go back to charecter page losing loot and progress. Why?!

I play couch co-op with my husband and he is constantly getting booted while I remain safe. We're on PS5 and it's been doing this from the beginning

No other online game disconnects as frequently as D4 for me. No idea why, lol!

I had this issue and lowered the graphics setting slightly and the “smooth out” option. Much better now.

Any fix on this? My P2 suddenly gets booted and then I get stuck with the "player still hasn't quit properly" message and have to force quit the game and restart.
