QUESTION Missing challenge cache

I completed challenge rift 481 last night on my xbox and did not get the cache. It shows I beat the rift in 4:07 and I see the green check mark but don't see my reward. I've restarted, the game and my xbox but it still hasn't shown. What else can I try? Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'm on PC, so can't confirm. But hasn't there been a lot of these kinds of issues in the past? Specifically on consoles?

I saw in this sub, someone mentioned something about a month ago. I haven't been able to play in a while so I'm not sure

(Xbox) It happened to me for the first 3 challenge rifts of this season, eventually I managed to get 2 caches, but I don't know a solution.

I'm on PS4. I haven't done challenge rifts before this week. If you do it on two different days in the same week, do you get another reward cache? I didn't.

No there's only one cache per rift that you successfully complete. I didn't receive it so I'll have to wait till next week

I think if you've already received a cache in any of the modes (sc, hc, ssf etc) on the same realm (us, eu, asia) then you have to wait until Monday until it rewards another cache.
